Quick & easy lunch pack for all 😊

Sabzi for Roti:

Ingredients:
Onion – 3
Bangalore tomato – 4
Capsicum – 1 {medium size}
Garlic cloves – 10 {chopped}
Fennel seeds – 1 tspn.
Cumin seeds – 1 tspn.
Turmeric powder – 1 tspn.
Chilly powder – 1 tspn.
Garam masala powder – 1 tspn.
Salt & Oil – as required
Chop the veggies & keep it aside. Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds & fennel seeds, when it splutters add onion & garlic & saute for 2 min.

Add the chopped tomato & cook in medium flame, when onion & tomato are half cooked add the chopped capsicum & mix well.

Now add turmeric powder, chilly powder & salt. Mix well & cook on medium flame until the veggies are cooked.

Finally add garam masala powder & turn off.

Note:
You can use this as side dish or wrap as veg. roll. This is a recipe suggested by my daughter Madhubala.
