Bread sweet Kachori

Bread Sweet Kachori:

Bread – 5 or 6 slices,
Sugar – 1/2 cup,
Grated coconut – 1/2 cup,
Ghee – as required.

Heat the kadai add sugar & grated coconut & mix well until it gets thickened. Now take the bread slices dip it in water slightly & make it as a bowl shape with your hands. Keep the stuffing inside & close it, pat it like a vada with your hand. Heat the tawa place the stuffed bread add some ghee & roast it on both sides. your bread sweet kachori is ready.
