Mudakathan keerai dosai


Idly rice -1/2 cup
Saamai rice -1/2 cup
Varaghu rice -1/2 cup
Urud dhall -1/2 cup
Mudakathaan keerai – 1 bunch
Fenugreek seeds ( vendayam ) – 1 spoon
Salt – as required

Wash and soak the rice & urad dhal with one spoon fenugreek seeds (vendayam) for 3 hours.
Then grind it along with required salt & mudakathaan leaves to dosa consistancy. Allow it for fermentation for 6 to 8 hours and then you can prepare dosa.

Coconut chutney or Onion chutney goes well with this dosa.
